the staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. the facilities worked perfectly for our family, especially the spacious rooms and lovely pool area. having a beautiful park across the street was a bonus for some relaxing walks. everything was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the little extra touches, like complimentary water and biscuits.

During my recent visit to Charters Towers, I was eager to explore the Zara Clark Museum, which brilliantly showcases the rich history of life in the region over a century ago. I chose the Charters for its convenient location near this landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free private undercover parking available on the premises. It made my stay even more enjoyable! I also loved the vibrant atmosphere at Koffe & Cones, where their delicious coffee provided a perfect start to my day.

Located conveniently close to the township, it's the perfect spot for exploring. I enjoyed dinner and drinks at the nearby Entrance Hotel, making for a delightful evening.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were quite rude. Stayed in family room in good condition which was perfect for me. This hotel was located in a central area right by the township.

It’s just a short distance from Big Tuna Fish Co, which offers delicious food to go. the room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and clean environment. It was equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge, which added to the convenience. the private bathroom was spacious, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay.

Everything was immaculate, excellent staff, handy location just next door to excellent restaurant, shops and relatives, and pubs. Our room was well-appointed, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The bathroom was great-sized and the bed was comfy. The hotel provided reasonable prices.
